Request Verisnap Account & Data Deletion

If you no longer want your Verisnap account or the data we store for you, please follow the instructions below to submit a deletion request at support@verisnap.com.

Steps to request deletion

  1. Write an email to support@verisnap.com with the subject line “Account deletion request”.
  2. Send the email from the address you used inside the Verisnap app so we can verify ownership.
  3. Include the following information in the email body:
    • The username (email) tied to your Verisnap profile.
    • Whether you want to delete saved captures, TruthScore results, or support tickets linked to your account.
  4. We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days unless we contact you for clarification.
What to expect: once the request is processed, your account will be deactivated immediately, and you will lose access to any verification history stored in the app.

Data that will be deleted

All deleted records are permanently removed from active systems and backups within 30 days of completing the request.
